1. The arrangements of flowers shows in our website are indicative. Actual arrangement can differ depending on the availability of the flower and any other unavoidable circumstances. Hand delivery item like cycle, pressure Cooker etc can also vary depending upon the stock. Company has rights to change items/models etc though we always ensure to deliver the equal or higher value and good quality product.
2. In case if any Hand Delivery items like Flowers/Cakes/Mithai/Chocolates are not available according to the order in the respective city or town then we will deliver the best quality available Flowers / Cake /Mithai of equal value and or higher value to the customers.
3. Delivery charges are nominal and applicable at Rs 75 for within city limits. Delivery of any perishable item in outskirts, villages etc may require to pay EDC (extra delivery charges). EDC amount can differ depending on the location. You will receive an email from us mentioning the extra payment link to pay EDC. Oder will be on hold till we receive the EDC. If we do not receive the same within 5 days, we will be cancelling the order and issue the full refund.
4. In case of all branded product, respective brand owner are solely responsible for the quality of the product. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product you can lodge a complaint through us.
5. Freshly Baked cakes are available only after 10.30 am from bakeries. Therefore the same can be delivered only after 10:30 am. In exceptional cases you may request to keep the cake prior day in refrigerator & deliver next morning – but the same is not advisable.
6. Delivery schedule varies between same day delivery to delivery within 3 business days depending on the destination city or town. However, in all metropolitan cities we deliver on the same day, within 1 business days in all major cities & town within 2 business day and 3 business days in all other places.
7. We ensure the delivery on scheduled date but we do not provide any assurance of time. It will deliver within our normal time frame. However we always try to deliver the item in your mentioned time but we do not guarantee for the same.
8. The Wine and Champagne (Sparkling Wine) sold in this website are Non-Alcoholic.
9. If there is no delivery date found in the order copy, we will deliver/dispatch the item within 24hrs of your order placement.
10. We will treat the order as attempted delivery incase recipient is not available at the time of delivery or he/she refuse to accept the product due to some personal reason. In these cases we will not entertain any further complain regarding this issue. However we always try to call the recipient to avoid this kind of inconvenience.
11. The owner of the site retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.
12. Any complain regarding the quality issue of hand delivered product should come to us within 48 hrs of delivery. Customer/Recipient needs to send snap of the product for our investigation purpose. Refund or re-delivery may happen depending on the complaint but this is the sole discretion of the website.
13. Cancellation request should come at least 24 hrs prior to the date of delivery. Cancellation will do with the deduction of 10% processing charge from actual amount.
14. Our Cut off time is 4 P.M. IST for Same Day Orders including mid night. Order received after our cutoff time will normally proceed for next day delivery. However though we try to deliver within that day only but we can’t promise for the same. In such cases we request you to contact us to know the status of your order.
15. The price of the items are subject to MRP restrictions are being sold on our website after adding up the costs like service charges , delivery charges and online transactions cost. The various components cannot be shown due to technical bindings and the customers are assumed to understand the same.
16. Orientalflowers.in has full authority to refuse any order without stating the reason to the customer. Refund will be initiated to the customer if we refuse the order in any unavoidable reason.
17. Trademarks, Logos, of the products sold on this website belongs to the respective companies.
18. Sometimes delivery of certain items may not possible due to some unavoidable reason. In such case, we will issue 100% refund to the customer.
19. We are not liable to pay any type of claims other then 100% refund of order amount. Claim should be raised within 24 hrs of the delivery/non delivery.
20. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of local Court only in Kolkata.
21. Merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time
22. In case of any international delivery, if any extra custom charges applicable other than the normal duty charges, customer/recipient needs to bear the same.
23. Octroi charges (wherever applicable) shall bear by customer/recipient.
1. We ensure the delivery on date but we do not provide any assurance of time, though we try our level best to deliver on your specified time. There are certain gift items like leather bags, toys, watches, apparels etc will be delivered through courier service and we may not provide any guarantee of date and time of delivery in such cases.
1. Delivery date if chosen in contravention to above terms will be ignored and we shall proceed to deliver the gift at the earliest without notice.
